Getting children to eat new foods

can be challenging, cub club can help!​

 

Cub Club Cooking is an enrichment program that focuses on getting natural food into the hands of children. We teach our students how to use kid-friendly knives and utensils to make their own snack each week. Our goal is to empower our students and normalize the use of fruits and vegetables as part of delicious snacks. The class is a no-heat cooking class, so students will use raw fruits and veggies, usually accompanied by one processed ingredient (such as a tortilla or yogurt) to complete the dish. Some examples of the things we make are parfaits, fruit salads, guacamole, personal pizzas, and more. In addition to building confidence and fine motor skills, the class is great for picky eaters, students interested in cooking, or parents who want to introduce more fruits and vegetables into their child's diet in a fun and interactive environment. 

 

Cub Club Cooking strives to use Organic and non-GMO ingredients in their classes, and inspires members to live a healthy lifestyle. This is a great way to introduce your child to new, healthy foods that they can enjoy for the

rest of their lives!​
